Cookie Policy
Scope
This policy explains how FundGate uses cookies and browser storage on fundgate.uz, platform.fundgate.uz and funds-crm.fundgate.uz. It also covers www.fundgate.uz.
This policy concerns data on your device. The applicable privacy policy and service terms separately describe the processing of applications, documents and account data on servers.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files saved by your browser that may be sent to a website with requests. Session cookies last for a browsing session; persistent cookies remain until they expire or are deleted.
We also use localStorage to retain data between visits, sessionStorage for tab state and IndexedDB for local draft attachments. These technologies differ from cookies but also store data on your device. localStorage and IndexedDB may contain account details, application text and files as well as technical identifiers.
Why we use this data
- Service operation: sign in, session persistence, access to your account and temporary caching.
- Preferences: language, theme, menu state and read notifications.
- Drafts: restoring unfinished applications and attached files.
- Analytics: visitor statistics for fundgate.uz and platform.fundgate.uz through Google Analytics 4. funds-crm.fundgate.uz does not load this analytics tag.
Google Analytics and external services
Google Analytics receives cookie identifiers and information about visits, browsers and devices. For page view events, FundGate sends public page paths without query parameters or fragments; platform application IDs in paths are replaced with templates. The initial referrer is limited to its origin. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the FundGate tag configuration.
The analytics tag on these two sites loads only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. Before consent and when you choose “Necessary only”, the tag does not load and analytics data is not sent. Google Analytics cookies may span subdomains when set for .fundgate.uz, so previously created cookies may also be present when opening the CRM. Other browser storage is specific to each site.
Google processes received data under its privacy policy, including on infrastructure outside Uzbekistan. Websites reached through external links have their own cookie rules.
Managing cookies and stored data
Your browser settings let you block cookies and delete cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and IndexedDB for each of the three sites. Blocking only third party cookies may not affect Google Analytics cookies set on the FundGate domain.
To disable Google Analytics data transmission, use the Google browser add on linked below or browser tools that block the analytics script. Deleting cookies alone does not stop future analytics transmission: cookies may be created again on your next visit.
Blocking storage needed for service operation may prevent sign in or saving preferences. Clearing site data may end your session and delete local drafts and attachments. Sign out and clear site data after using a shared device. Clearing browser data does not delete applications already submitted or records on servers.
On your first visit, you can accept all cookies or keep only necessary ones. Your choice is stored in fundgate_cookie_consent for 180 days and applies to all three sites in the same browser. The banner reappears when this period expires, the cookie is deleted or the consent version changes. If cookies are blocked, the choice applies only in the current tab. You can change your choice or withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site or on this page. Refusing analytics stops data transmission and removes accessible analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not delete data already received by Google.
Policy changes
We update this page when technologies or purposes change. The current revision date appears at the start of the policy. A cookie’s lifetime on your device differs from the retention period for data already received by an external service.
